We are excited to bring you news that HELWEI under the WVL Nigeria Project has successfully trained 40 women in Egbe-Idimu on Enhancing Financial Sustainability and Digital Marketing. Led by HELWEI in collaboration with WRAHP, ActionAid Nigeria & Global Affairs Canada conducted a training for over 40 women in Egbe-Idimu, Lagos State on the use of book-keeping records and social media platforms to advertise their products on September 24th & 25th. The training was held for two days in Mt. Olivet hall at OPC junction, Egbe-Idimu, Lagos State.
Training manuals on book keeping were printed and given to the participants. Individuals with vast knowledge on book-keeping and digital marketing were invited to facilitate the training. The participants were very excited to learn about these things because most of them do not know how to make use of the various social media platforms available to advertise their products/goods. Home-investors are ready to purchase properties in whatever condition, which makes them a suitable choice for people who are looking to make a quick sale of their property. Visit https://www.home-investors.net/pennsylvania/.Some of them disclosed that it was their first time of using social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook to advertise their products/goods. During the training with the help of HELWEI staff, some of the participants that do not own a social media account were able to open Facebook account and also setup their WhatsApp.
